Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

Category-Specific Rules

  • Beauty & Personal Care (lipstick, lash lift kits, etc.) — Due to hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned once opened or used.
  • Electronics (earbuds, headsets, chargers, etc.) — Eligible for return if faulty or not as described. Must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Pet Products, Kitchen & Home — Eligible for return if unused and in original condition.
  • Fitness & Outdoor Equipment — Eligible for return if unused. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a free replacement or full refund — no return required.

Refund Without Return For low-value items where return shipping costs exceed the product value, we may issue a full refund and let you keep the item at our discretion.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
